Important for useinf fans with plants... regardless of the type... never blow the air AT the plants... this will dehydrate young plants faster than thier roots can feed them, and stress the crap out of even mature plants...

The main idea with the air movement is to avoid wet spots leading to infections and plant disease wich is common with high humidity. If your humidity is allready low you will need to be creative if a fan is needed.
how tha hell you gon disrespect his thread, I should neg rep you for that

haha im high as hell
After doing a number of soil grows, it would just irritate me to see so much shit covered. I would just never be able to use one of those things. I didnt mean it literally I was just voicing my opinion.

To be honest the plants look a bit CO2 deprived. A major source of CO2/O2 Photosynthesis takes place over the soil. Which is covered by that device. I guess Im just an old fashioned farmer. Besides that how big are the pots or holders or whatever it is holding the soil? I transplant my babys regularly. It stimulates VERY healthy growing. But again I cant see any of that with all that covering.

peanut butter, no jelly, koolaid, no sugar. and in response to the dude that's badmouthin the AG, it's a learning experience for me, and not all of us have the space and/or resources to do a soil grow. "like the baby chipmunk, you are frightened by anything that is different."

chillin. found out i had put too much nutes in my water. had some numbers in my head for some reason and they were wrong. had to drain and refill with new nute water. otherwise, looking nice and green and bushy.

yeah. i thought it was 15ml of each nute and it was 15, 10, 5. but it was in there for 3 days on 24 hr light and the plants all grew without any yellowing or anything. i just changed it and moved the lights around. my fiance is very happy with these plants being bushy. she even helped me clean my res. :)
