the little ones are hidden by that silver round reflector. are you sure you saw em? they're like 3 inches tall. i'll put some close ups of em up tomorrow.
 
hm, they look big, maybe its just the other plants over it, the time i did see them was in the picture below and they are the biggest plants.

oh man, if they are budding at that size, that would be exactly what im looking for. The only thing i would be worried about then is the smell. How would the smell be with 2 plants that size do you think? Still looking for a place in my house i can grow where there is an outlet nearby.
 
the smell with prob be non existant. you can't smell mine unless you go into the room, and then it smells like fresh plants with a hint of pot. if you do plants that small, you aren't going to get much off of them. have you looked at the autoflowering dwarves? supposedly you can get an oz per plant and they only get like 16 inches tall.
 
not getting much off the plants won't be an issue. I would like to do a plant about that big and experiment with things like how bad the smell is and if i would be able to go bigger with more bud. I'm not looking for maximum yield. Just something for myself, which i dont smoke a lot and possibly hooking my friends up. I've looked at the autoflowering dwarfs but i'm not comfortable ordering MJ seeds online, also people on here say not to get the seeds shipped where your growing, and i dont have another place to ship it. My next problem is getting power in my closet, any ideas? I have a picture of my closet and a nearby outlet if that would help with any ideas
 
I could drill a hole into my closet and run the chord through it but that would be obvious too

well thats another thing i was thinking, is above the garage is storage but its winter now so im kinda sol for above the garage. That would be my next question is how could i keep it warm when the light is off?
 
well if you're in veg, you can keep the light on 24 hours a day. what part of the country are you in? how cold does it get in winter and how hot in summer b/c if you're under the roof and it's hot, your plants will feel it. but that's easily remedied with a fan. i would NOT suggest a heater unattended in your attic/storage area though. otherwise, it sounds like a perfect spot.
 
i live in the northeast us. Next week is averaging around 30 degrees, winters are always different here so theres no safe way to tell what the temp is going to be but i would think 30 is too low. i wanna go 12/12 all the way through for lighting. above the garage would be very nice i already checked it out it has outlets and stuff up there so that part is taken care of and who cares about smell.
 
well unless youre gonna go 24, you should prob start stockin up on blankets. if you wanna get a heater, that's your deal. but otherwise, short of running the dryer outlet through your attic for warm air, you prob won't be able to do it til it warms up. or if you're a handyman, you can run an extension from an a/c or heater vent to the area to keep it warm. do you have an a/c vent in the garage that you could use?
 
clean that whole space out, take out the dresser and your cloths, looks like that has a lil slide door to close the space off that good for 12/12, i had to move all my shirts and place them behind my closet haha

Well i guess i could go 24 if i had to. Thats for makin the plant taller though isnt it? I'd have to run 12/12 sometime and its just starting winter.
 
24 is just so the plants always growing. if you dont want height, then you can top or tie down or do a scrog over the plants. 24 helps i think b/c the plant is always growing, so you get past the veg stage and into the flower stage sooner.
 
so if i top it, running 24 it will stay small and bud faster? is it safe to do that without risk of heat from the light?
