Aerogarden Round 4: Diesel Ryder

Well I just finished up a few weeks ago with a aerogarden diesel ryder grow...

As always I am happy with the results. I harvested at week 9 (63 days)

I did this pretty much as always....Aerogarden pro200, 6 part line of fox farm nutes, no airstone, didnt change the rez after the 4th week because of the whole process at that point would have been a big pain in the ass...

4 extra cfls....for the first 3 weeks 4 cool white (blue spectrum) each 24 watt, by the 4th week i switched to 4 soft/warm white (red spectrum) this time i had 2 24 watt and 2 30 or 40? i forgot but the next size up..

They showed sex very quick i started with 4 seeds in wet paper towel for 3 days then popped in aerogarden, all 4 turned out to be female! And they showed up quick, like 2-3 weeks! I ended up with 2 big branchy ones, one medium one, and one small one...

They were 21", 18", 13" and 12"....

didnt run into any problems

The final weight has been difficult to calculate because I only have a small scale and it would take forever, I definitley believe i got an ounce at least, there are pictures below with the final pics...

It is a very nice smoke and the high kind of creeps up on ya... nice smelling, it did smell pretty strong throughout the grow...

I can't think of anything else worth mentioning....

good job tek, i got a question, i heard the smell is really strong with the diesel ryders, how was it for you? Also which of the lowryder strains is your favourite? But, yeah, those look great, peace!

It smelled pretty strong...I think i like lowryder #2 a little better but this diesel ryder is very nice as well...

I have never grown anything before and just bought an aerogarden pro 100 to grow weed on.

Mine came with the "Herb" seeds and nutrients. So I'm using those tabs right now.

I would really appreciate if you could give me like a 10 step guide as to how I can be successful with this thing. I have good Top 44 seeds I bought online, so the seeds shouldn't be a problem. Any tips you can give me?

My aerogarden has a supergrow function in which the lights and pump are on all the time unless I pull the plug. I using a 20 hours on 4 hours off for germination. Then, like you said, I want to start flowering at like 2 or 3 weeks. Will this work?

In terms of Fox Farm nutrients, which exact Fox Farm product should I buy? Thank you for the help, I really appreciate it!

Get some extra lights, think about what your going to do when it out grows the AG (will you top it or suspend the light hood some how), keep ph steady, dont use too much nutes, thats all i can think of

seeds should be in the dark untill they sprout

buy the whole fox farm line if you can its 6 different bottles

I use nutes right away, of course at half or quarter strength for a week or two, then full strength, maybe a little less...

Damn, your grow is inspiring Tek! No fancy array of fifty HPS lights, just 4 CFLs with some great results! Where can you get Fox Farm nutes? Home Depot?
