Afghan / ch9 jack33 height

Iv got some afghan and jack 33 seeds I want to grow but need to be able to keep them quite short, like under 1meter
Is this possible? How would I do it?

Iv only grown easy Ryder so not that good with these types lol

short veg time? 12/12 from seed i dont see how tht wudnt keep them as short as possible..top it and tie the sides down..

Might have to give it ago, it can be my first soil project I think, after my hydros finish I'll set up a soil and try them
