Afghan flowering cycle question -

I have two budding Afghan plants. Indoor grow for the first time. Things have been moving along quicker than expected. They have been in flower for 2.5 weeks and I know I have a long ways to go yet till complete. All hairs are still white and fresh.

The main kolas are starting to get pretty dense and heavy.

My questions are, how many weeks (guesstimated of course) will the buds continue to grow new calyx? What are the signs that it has stopped new production and that the plants is working to swell out what is already there?

Can u post any pics of this lil lady? I have the same strain growing. Tomorrow will be it's first flower day.

There are some pics in my albums. That batch is harvested cured and smoked at this point

I have to say that is a great strain to grow!
