it now appears that obama is going to allow defeat in afghanistan. hmmm, i thought that was where bush f'ed up. we really need to focus on afghanistan according to obama. what a lying, kaniving, worthless boob. lord help the people over there if we pull out. and lord help the usa with the reformation of a terrorist state.

Wait... how does "focusing on Afghanistan" somehow equate to "allowing defeat" in Afghanistan?

I'm pretty sure "focus on" means "pay more attention to", not "pull the troops out".

Yes our prez is going give up on this fight. He will show the world that it's better to cower in fear rather than fight the good fight. I feel that it's in no small part because he was raised muslim and feels more compasion for a bunch goat herders than he does for all of the poor victims of 9/11. It will be easy for him with such stupid kool-aid drinkers behind him plenty of stupid motherfuckers on this site feel that alquida are mercenary's and hero's....

The irony is thick.

As a consumate Obama hater, I do not think he will allow himself to be the one who lost Afghanistan. He'll hem and haw to appease the hard left but then give in to the generals.
