Cut the bud off below the rot and toss it. Treat the area with peroxide diluted with water and hope for the best. You don't want to smoke that.

Awesome. Thanks for the tip. I'm going to take a pic soon to show you guys how they look. I don't want this to go to waste. This is my first harvest, and I have 7 more plants. So I wanna get it right =D

Sorry dude, I think you have a massive worm outbreak. I see quite a bit of rot and spots I am almost certain have a worm inside.
Did you spray for worms or anything?

We had lots of worm yah. I try to get out and pick them off. And then scrape off their . I didn't spray anything.

I'd harvest everything now and salvage what you can before the worms do any more damage. Unfortunately, it's probably going to be a very disappointing harvest for you. Look for the dead/rotten spots and crack the buds there, you'll find a worm nest almost every time.
Start spraying BT and/or Spinosad next year, and start early. I would get a bug zapper for the moths too. Once you see the worms and their damage it's pretty much too late. You gotta be very proactive and not reactive for these fuckers. Keep an eye out for little black spots (worm shit) on the leaves, right around the base where the stem connects to the leaf, and look for little nibble marks. These fuckers start so small you can barely see them. They're like the size of a mechanical pencil lead. The worm circled in the pic is big, he's been eating.

Rot from caterpillar poop! Discard bad stuff, keep the good. Nice to see one so far in, should be nice smoke once rot is gone!

Yeah, next time spray the buds before they get fucked up. I just sprayed with Spinosad, and have BT on hand just in case. Haven't seen any worms, this is more of a preventative measure since Spinosad kills most bugs anyway

Np. Yeah, there's definitely a lot to be learned and I'm certainly no expert. I think back to my first harvest and wonder how many worms I must of smoked LOL.
Let us know how it looks after trimming them up.

The ones in the front we did today. The other ones on Sunday. I'm having difficult time dialing in the humidity. And I'm not entirely sure my hydrometer is the best.

H2O2 wash/Fresh water wash
Did a wash today with H202 warm water followed by a fresh cold water wash. Here were the results. As we can see the H202 took care of the bulk of the crap from the ash and such. The fresh water rinsed the 1st wash off and offered additional cleaning. But look how clear that second bucket...

1 cup per 5 gallons of warm water. Don't do hot water.
The other bucket was just cold water to rerinse after the h202 bath

Is that right next to where you brush your teeth and use hairspray or other aresols, flush the toilet?
This is a spare bathroom that we rarely use. Basically for storage. So, no, we don't use it anymore. There is a window AC unit in there keeping the temps down =D
