Is there any way to make her go back to normal ? my leaves are curling down.

How old is the plant? Just cut back on how often you water her... because if she's already flowering then she can't drown. Just cut back on the drink

2/3 rds cup of peroxide will get the oxy back into the soil while still wet if you oxygenate the water with air.
Flood the tar out of it and let it drain well.
This is assuming your soil has drainage to begin with.

i would chill on the watering, for atleast 4 days or so

I would be hesitant to advise the use of Hydrogen Peroxide in a soil grow as it is detrimental to both beneficial fungus and micro-organisms.
I know it adds O2, but it is also a sterilizing agent that kills the above Micro beasties.
As to the original question, don't allow the pots to sit in water, drain them well & adjust your watering schedule according to what the plant actually needs and not to any time schedule
