US Attorney General Eric Holder appeared before the House Judiciary Committee Thursday and defended his Justice Department's crackdown on medical marijuana cultivation and distribution. Holder told committee members the agency was only targeting only those medical marijuana businesses that were "acting out of conformity… with state law."

Of course I think the feds should just back out of MJ totally, BUT it seems to me that for an Attorney General to go before congress and openly say it is their policy to enforce some cases of law X being violated, and ignore others, and to do so based on the administration's own political beliefs - is a little shocking.

ps This is also a little like the AZ thing - "we are going to enforce state law - or not as we choose"

Of course Holder is lying. How anybody can look at the crackdown and conclude that the Holder (Ogden) means anything is beyond my comprehension.

Easy. Dispensaries are not supposed to make a profit. But they all make profit. Just some are better than others. Those are the worst ones.

That list is therefore a lie!

Besides, it's against Federal law, so if you have just a pipe with resin, your ass needs to be in jail. The feds can fuck with you whenever. So you all can suck it.

Now Bucky doesn't need to post in this thread and can entertain his lizard for a few minutes instead.

It's weird considering he's a treadmill dealer...I mean vendor, that he'd be so willing to be fucked in the ass if he was caught...selling treadmills.
