Age of sexing

iv got 12 3 week old seedlings and i am just wondering if its possible to get the sex of it. here a picture of it on tuesday i havent taking a recent one but let me know what you guys think. this picture is at 2 and a half weeks and i can see those lil balls under the leafs i see people talking about? if i am correct

My plant started showing around week 7 or 8

At LEAST 3 more weeks, even if you have it on 12/12 already.

shiiittt lol week 7 or 8 i was going to put them under my 1000hps tmr and start 12-12 but wont i know if its a male or female by the ones that dont get buds to the ones that do get buds? and how long intil buds will start to appear once i switch to 12-12?
