Age Old Organics?

I am looking for recommendations on using these nutrients (Grow & Bloom)?? The Grow seems higher in N than others I have looked at. Instructions say 2 tbsp per gallon only every 2-3 weeks? Anyone had success and/or recommendations using these mixes wrt mix concentration and frequency of use??

I am outdoor with 7 gal pots using a Fox Farms Ocean Mist + Light Warrior + perlite with some extra worm castings and guano and lime.

Any help is much appreciated.

what brand nutes...grow and bloom dont tell us anything. and in that soil no need to even feed

ah...sory. thought thats was just a statement. but ya in a pre-loaded soil no need for food. is why its over priced. you also have no control on the amount it gets fed. its gets it each time its watered. i need to be in more control than that. never even heard of the co food. and its not organic. its organic based...man made organic. not a big deal most are this way. kinda missleading is all.
