Awhile back I decided to buy a aglex 2000w white cob with blurple light LED setup, I've been a fan of blurple lighting and have tried a lot of cheap Chinese lights with decent results so for the price i thought id give it a whirl, I recently got done with a seed run, used a wild thai auto as a father (reversed with colloidal silver female) and bred it back/crossed it to another wild thai auto, a pink grapefruit auto, a gorilla glue auto, and a think big auto. Now, having grown wild thai auto in the past and loving it, and also a pink grapefruit auto as well and also loving it I was most excited to grow the cross of them 1st. As of now its 3 weeks old looking good, a little light stressed so I moved my light further away for now but plan on tracking the outcome here on this journal. For the record I grow for my own needs and I know that I could do much better with a diy cree or something like that but Ive either been very lucky with my chinese leds or others are very unfortunate because I have never had "terrible" results with them nor had them burn out or quit working just for the record. I did have 2 blurple cobs burn out after 3 years of continuous use which.... i dont feel is bad. Now, again I grow for me, not to sell at all so please keep the hate to a minimum. The cross of auto wild thai and pink grapefruit auto for me is exciting and now that I've already acknowlged the lighting its being grown out of a 3 gallon air bag filled with straight cow manure... yes, I said it, straight manure.... many many strains I have grown cannot handle straight manure at least not fresh manure and this stuff is like 1 year old... pretty black straight manure. Heres a pic of her today. I did put a thin layer of top soil on when she was a little younger but rest assured what shes rooted in is manure.
