Air blowing in tent.. high or low?

hey guys
Just wanting everyones opinions if I should put the air blowing in duct low or high in the tent.
Seems high is better because it points at lights and also cold air sinks...

You just gotta dial it in with the rest of your environmental controls. My suggestion is to turn up the extraction and intake if you have heat issues.
