Hey gang, not sure how many of you folks are growing on a really big scale but I am designing out two new flower rooms and I'm looking for input on AC design.
Our current rooms are 40k watts each (bare bukb vert) and we have 15 tons of AC each and one 5 ton unit that is split between the two. It's a 9' ceiling and we just dumped the air con outlets out the roof thinking that all the fans would push the air around. We have a shit ton of fans.. three 24" commercial oscillating fans on the wall and 10" fans under each bulb.
Despite this their are cold and warm spots in the rooms, circulation in the corners is poor..
I have seen some rooms where the inlets are all in the ceiling and the outlets blast put cold air on the floor. Anyone using this kind of set up? For SOG tables or traditional horizontal that would be great but we have so many pots and fans on the floor (checkerboard layout) I'm concerned that the middle of the room would still suffer.
Perhaps greenhouse style poly tubes with holes?
Any help is appreciated.
Cheers
