Air conditioning water for hydro.

For the past 2 years I've been watching how air conditioning water can be used in a hydro system, DWC & dirt of course. Water that is usually diverted to the drain, ph 6.0, ppm's 0, about 2 to 8 gallons a day.(and it comes out chilled) This water is more stable than rain water, for some reason the ph has changed & it is up to 7.3. I have seen no ill effects what so ever from a/c water, plants thrive. That means that every a/c unit around the world should be recycling this water instead of flushing it down the drain. Test your a/c water today..... happy recycling!!!!!! :peace:

And make sure to test for bacteria. Any cooling equipment like ac, ice machines and even dehumidifiers have very bad amounts of bacteria that grow in them.

id say if your worried about the bacteria just shock it with some calcium hypochlorite. and let the chlorine offgass if your worried about it
