Im sure they are knock offs but they do have the two rows without holes. Now that I’ve assembled them properly (thanks twentyeight) they’ll work better.

I’m thinking of keeping some mothers in these to reduce the chances of becoming root bound.
Im thinking I won’t have to trim root balls as much.

No they won't........the airpots are designed to guide the roots to the holes to be air pruned.

Overwatering is giving plants water too often. As in giving more water when they are still wet, before they dry out. It has nothing to do with the amount of water you give in one watering.
"Cheap" does not mean "bad" at all.
