Air turnover

Faq is down. What's the rule of thumb on venting a grow room, change all air in 4-5 minutes? So my room is 13.5' x 10' x 9' tall = 1215 square feet, So I figure I need an inline that pushes around 300 cfm. would you all agree? I'm only running one 400w (closet has 4 bulb t-5, w/ the cloner and a few moms), I want to buy a cool tube, I figure intake right @ cool tube, inline between cool tube and ceiling where i plan to vent to attic or maybe to the window. "haven't yet decided". or should I attach a intake to the cool tube and go all the way to the top of room since heat rises?

Thanks guys for any INFO:peace:

Revised plan, since I'm cloning in closet, Passive vent @ bottom of closet, intake @ top "inside"of closet, drawing fresh air in closet through bottom, up thruogh intake, to cool tube the fan, the out of room, what kind of run length can one of these inline fans handle? 20'-25' ok?

check your exhaust side and see what kind of flow you have. that should tell you if it is to long

I haven't bought anything yet. That's why I asked if 20' was to long =)

Ok, inline fans, where in the run should it be? b4 light, between light and window? "exhausting thru window"

if my room is 1200 cubes, is 300 cfm good or go w/ the 450?

I'm heading to hydro shop and home depot today!
