AK47 from seed, Hunt for a Trophy.

Congratulations on Admin.

So I recieved about 20 seeds from a friend over the summer,
who told me they were AK47.
They are all very small, and I'm pretty sure they grew the seeds themselves.

So I'm going to run through them until I find a 'Trophy' Phenotype.
3/4 planted so far have germinated, one has broken soil 12/2/11.

This thread will document the Growth & Selection of an AK47 mother.

Hello C.I. Good luck with the AK47 I'm growing one myself now and have 3 Clones from her as well.
So far She is Pretty good with her Fert's and Drinks as much as i can throw at her.
I did have an Accident with her Yesterday as i forgot to Water her due to me not feeling to well but as you can see in the pic. she Pick's Up Pretty Dam Quick

I Hope you have as much Fun as i am having growing Her

Hey, Thanks a ton, hoping for at least two females..
Does she Bear Claw at all from overfert?
It almost looks like it in the picture, but that could be dehydration as well.

Send me a link to that grow, I'd love to study it from seed to finish.
I'll start pictures in a few days.
Right now the one seedling is just barely showing it's first true leaves.

There's no Claws so far but i did forget to water her as i said and she looked Quite Bad , that Picture was a few hours after she had a drink so probably not the best shot to put up for you lol... but she does look a lot better now
When she first popped her head above soil i couldn't believe how quick she started to grow so watch out for her stretching to the lights... She doesn't like too much heat i've found out and have to move the light 3 to 4 times a week but only half inch at a time so far
I'll get some more pic's later on today and put them on my Post/Diary if you want to stop by later on I might even put her into a 14 Litre Bucket in the next day or two as i want her to Fill my Tent when i put her into Flower lol...

Day 5 from Seed; AK47
The other 2 seeds that germinated lost their taproot to overwatering I believe.
So we're down to one AK47 seedling for now.

It's cool, I didn't really have enough lights to grow out several right now.
Hope for a female.

Seems to besuffereing from N deficiency, butI don't want tofertilize so young.

As for the N deficiency ? don't panic coz mine did that then cleared up a few day's later... never found out why? lol...
My Doctor tried to kill me with an overdose and so i've just spent 2 weeks in Hospital. I came out of Hospital on Xmas Eve expecting my Girls to be dead and found them looking like this:

As you can see, the AK47 is looking GREAT!!! the 3 pots at the back are 2 Pineapple Chunks on the left & centre and an AK47 Clone on the right.
The rest of the plants are Golden Virginia Tobacco and they grow Fast lol...

The deficiemncy cleared upin the AK, but one of my other seeldings has it bprettyrough now.
I've been outof townfor aweek so I'llcatch up tomorrow.

My only living AK47 seedling was struck hard by Spider Mites & Thrips while I was gone.
I decided to trash it wrather than risk it.
+ I have no neem.

I don't plan on sprouting any AK47 beans for a while, being pre-occupied on my search for a Headband Pheno.
