Very nice looking bud.

WikiLeaf reports that Alaskan Purple is an indica dominant strain - so probably going to be harvesting after 9 weeks and not 14.

oooh, i think one of mine is Alaskan purple. She has been growing like mad since i got the PH sorted out and the good weather has come around. Just starting to really flower and stretch

So its Indica dominant. The buds look different than the Purple Kush buds I am growing and also the Super Skunks I grew last grow.
They were more dense nugs. These are weird the calyxs look like they foxtail naturally which match the pictures from Seedsman.
Says its supposed to be an 8 week plant with some finishing at 7 weeks.

Shes starting week 9 right now and shes far from done. She got like 2-3 weeks unless she finishes fast. She looks like she still in peak bloom. Hardly any orange pistils

These pics are from other grower. The calyxs seem to have genetics that make it foxtail

Yeh says 7 to 9 weeks on Growdiaries strain info. Although down below it says under Genetics that its 10% Indica and 90% Sativa which is weird cause it says the effect is true indica fashion. Strange

The description seems right. She is big for an auto. Shes 47 1/2" tall and about 30" wide at the base. The buds are pretty big compared to the Kush ones. Shes actually 4" taller than the Purple Kush in DWC behind her. Which is amazing. She must really love that homemade autoflower soil I mixed up.

The bud in your pics looked to be about 1 month away so if this is week 9 then I stand corrected - she's very sativa. I dunno ... maybe WIkiLeaf has it wrong about the strain? Or maybe it's not an Alaskan Purp?

Either way ... when that lady is ready I don't think you will be disappointed.

I know lol. Supposed to be a heavy yielder according to Seedsman. I love how these flowers look. Wonder if my custom soil has a part in how big they are.

I was using recharge only till 2 weeks ago. Then I started using Incredible Bulk from Growganica. It's a bloom booster think .1 - 10 - 25. I was using it on my purple kush im growing in Coots mix.
Think I put too much ground up rabbit poop on that one. She has very tight nodes and is shorter but the buds feel heavy.

Im using fox farm Tiger Bloom now cause I'm out of Incredible Bulk. But that auotflowee is in a mix of 2 different custom soils I made. Bottom half is more hot than the top half . I used EWC and Rabbit manure for the compost.

I’m interested in what the yield will be when it’s all said and done. I have some of these seeds and hope to grow a couple indoors late fall.

I’m sure your soil has something to do with it. Upon recommendation from my shop, I going organic this time and loving it. No more bottled nutes for me. Here’s mine on day 33 of 12/12. Living soil is the shit.

I have 4 rabbits who seem to shit a lot..I may try this out. Is the norm for your personal soil? Or just an experiment?

I read online that rabbit manure and earthworm castings were the 2 best compost when making soil. The rabbit manure is higher npk than chicken or cow poop plus you don't have to compost it. Try to keep the rabbits from peeing all over them cause urea can burn.

It was kinda an experiment this grow cause I used Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Happy Frog mix my first grow. The custom mixes I tried all grew nice plants. The smoke is really good too. 2 hits and I'm good for 1 to 2 hrs with the Kush. Haven't tried the Alaskan yet but going to this weekend as the buds are nice and cured now. They smell amazing and look yummy.

But I'm using rabbit manure this 3rd grow I started 4 weeks ago. 4 different strains and I'm going to use Alaskan Fish Fertilizer line this grow. No EWC just rabbit manure and a custom fert mix 3 cups per cu ft. Right now I'm getting some clawing on my Blue Dream plant. Must've put too much N in my soil mix its probably as hit as Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil so just using plain water so far till they lighten up a bit.

Here's a final pic of the Alaskan Purple and tge buds. I got just over 4 ozs dry from hee. The buds were big, sticky with a floral dirt spicy smell. It was really strong when drying in the spare room. I'd walk in and it was like omg wow that's strong.

Holy sheeeetttt, I love how they developed big chunky buds plus they are boooootyful. That's a Christmas tree there, I see the term used lightly alot but thats nailing it brother!
