Albino "white" buds

Anybody ever get white buds? Have a understanding of it? When i put this normally purple sugary strain in rich cow manure it goes albino. Very good smoke like always just the buds go white

I think it's more of a strain thing, my Tahoe OG outdoor this year turned out with some very light colored buds that some could perceive as white.

Bud the sun does not develop chlorophyll. The insides of my dense buds are often times white. they also mature much much slower.

its called bleaching . . . .it has to do with lack of any pigment type cells , i always heard in happening from intense light. but seems maybe a nutrient mix / medium can do it too

That pic i posted is from a cell but i mean white lol The same mother produced the first 4 buds from left to right. The far left had the least amount of light and this area had the high nitro cow manure. I am pretty sure this particular strain reacts to the manure. Neat

oh,my family calls that yellow...
we get that on OG kush (and most of the elite clones like alien and fire)
chem dog and sour diesel strains...

I would have thought if you put the weed in cow manure...it would go green/brown....not white...i learn something new every day....
