ALL EXSPENSES PAID ... WHAT LIGHTS DO YOU PUT IN YOUR 5x5 TENT ?

Are you willing to disclose what diodes you use in those? The clam of a 2400w light being able to compete with 5000-7000w of HID is totally unbelievable. That is the equivalent of saying your LEDs will put out 300-450 lumens per watt. If that were true you would be making billions selling them commercially and would totally kill your competition, Cree CXB COBs.

I call total BS and ask you to prove me wrong. Show that your lights can match par or lumens with even 5x 1000w HPS vs your 2400w setup.

Sounds like another sucker trap with marketing that appears to be clear lies.

This light is insane, nonetheless. But I too would like to see some backup- I went to go LED a while ago, and wasn't really looking at price... What I found was disappointing because the marketing makes them seem like they're 2-3x the power of an HPS, when when you pull the curtain back, it's false.

WHAT I DID FIND THOUGH! Was that they'd be great for supplemental lighting. SO, OP, if I could get any lights that I wanted in your 5x5 tent, I'd throw a 1000W up there. Cool tube, of course. Make sure the fan is powerful enough, the cool tube should run pretty cool (then again, I live in a cold rainy state). Then I'd supplement the outsides with LED. Imagine three LED lights blasting every side, with 1000w going from the top.

Fuck it man. If I had no budget, I'd run 2 600W on top, and LED from the side.

1000 watt gavita pro-line DE, that's it. Just get the best and don't be fooled by led and shit. That Gavita has a zillion times the penetration that any led on the market has.

1000w of 2700k CXB3590 (Give you the weight)
200w of 6500k CXB3590 (Add blues for better quality)
100w of 9.9+ UVBTanning or UVB 10.0 Reptile bulbs.(UVB light for resin production)
Kinda sounds similar to what I am doing these days.. kinda. I run 600w HPS with T5 on both sides.. The T5s run actinic 420nm and 460nm (Coral Aquarium bulbs) until last 2 wks of flower when I switch them out for 10k + UVA bulbs ).

The HPS give the power.. The T5 just adds to the HPS spectrum that leaves a bit to be desired.

I have only grown one crop so far since adding the T5.. still much experimenting to do before I'll really say what I think about it all.
