All Friends Plants Stolen.

So here is the story this happened this morning at around 2 am. My friend has been growing some mad Grand daddy Purp and was days from harvest, he's been growing them for over 3 months and last night someone stolen all his plants(4). Now he's that shy guy and he wouldn't even tell me where he was growing. He said no one knew. He owns a good 10 akers and that's apparently where he was growing them. We just trying to get back our plants, we thinking some kids running threw the woods too them since he lives in a pretty populated area. Any suggestions to find out who took them/ how to prevent?

My plants got stolen once and them I went to my local bass pro shop and bought one of those hunting cameras, that takes a picture when something walks infront of it.

Any suggestions?

Growing indoors is a choice or growing them closer to his house maybe so he can hear shit goin on. I guess another option would be to grow each plant in a different location so even if they find one they won't get the others, but that's a big pain in the ass. Make a deadfall just deep enuf near ur plants and line the bottom of it with egg shells and put a note in there that says next time its broken glass and wooden stakes 4 the person that falls in to read. And if u ever come back and find someone fell thru put wooden stakes and broken glass in the bottom, but make the deadfall deeper so no one can get out, and if next time u come by and its broken don't look and just fill it with dirt. Since its on ur property anyways.

If kids did it you will know .They cannot keep their mouth shut. Got any friends with a tracking dog. I bet its his next door neighbor. He probably saw him go back their and went to see what he was doing.

Could be anyone who accidentally found them ... if it was someone who knew anything about growing they might have monitored the plants progress and knew exactly when to steal them.

This is the downside of growing beyond your own 4 walls etc.

Where are you going to hide 3 cubic yards of dirt from your pit trap (dug by hand so deep that one cannot get out ? !!) that no one will notice it? :wall:

That works in Disney movies and Vietnam - but will get your ass thrown in jail in the US.

You could probably get paid for digging a hole and just go and buy the weed. LOL

Also I wouldn't grow anywhere near that spot again, now people will go looking again there.

Forget traps or anything that will hurt someone, this is the real world, how many here would simply ignore ready for harvest cannabis plants if they discovered some off the beaten track? I sure as fook wouldn't. I'd be back with bags and a pair of scissors. :D

Sucks though, the only real way to secure your grow is to grow inside alas.

Somebody happened onto them. If their a nice Purp they probably stood out from anything else around them.
If you know any of the local street dealers you can ask if theres any purps around.

Yeah u missed sumptin I'm pretty sure OP said dude owned 10 acres of land I would think there is a place on 10 acres of private property u could put the dirt from the hole. Not to mention even if someone did fall into a hole u dug on ur personal property and the cops did show up the person in ur hole sent to jail not the other way around. Unless ur one of those ppl that believe the guy that breaks into a house then breaks his leg or sumptin is allowed to sue the owner of the house?

Lolz, sorry I have to laugh at myself that I answered seriously to ur response to my jacked up half assed solution of digging a big ass hole. The hole was almost as stupid as putting each plant in a diff place.

That's the only way, probably some kids running threw the woods trying to find somewhere to smoke a J and they find these girls just sitting there.

Theres lots wrong with me. or so my psychiatrist says. ... that post was just the tip of the iceberg. MWAHAHAHAHAHA

Big baby, comes on here whining about a few plants and then gets a hair up his ass about a relatively innocuous comment. Twat.
