Hello everyone. This is a super sad mistake I made.
I am currently mainlining. Before I top, I clean up all the nodes leading up to the top node, let the top node grow for a week, then top.
Well, today I was cleaning up all the nodes leading up to the top main node, and I accidentally also took off the top shoot.
That means that there are currently zero growth points on the plant. No tops, and no inner nodes. There are no growth points left on the plant, but it is very healthy.
Will this plant just grow out its remaining leaves, and then never grow any larger? Or will it bypass the fact that it has no nodes left, and create two new ones at the top, like planned?
