All pistils, no buds

Hi guys, I have a sour diesel 4-5 weeks in flower, with the oddest looking cola and buds. Basically nothing there but twigs and hairs. I'm not seeing any hermie signs (as far as I can see) but I am a new grower. I'm guessing a weird pheno but would apprciate some opinions. Ever seen this before?

Light leak? Could be a mutant if the others are producing normally.

Did you FIM it? On purpose or accidentally when topping?

Thanks for the fast response. All others are fine and it is in a room with no windows with no light leaks.
