This is all rumor/hearsay, but I heard that a lady involved with Harvest of Tempe has been hounding the cops in these areas to crackdown on the clubs because they aren't legal dispensaries. Don't know if there is much truth to that though.

Actually most of the Dispensaries are doing this. As they should be. They have heavy amounts of capital invested and these clubs give the MJ community a black eye. Fuck em.

looks like the lazy incompetent and corrupt have picked the low hanging fruit yet again. nothing like arresting an outspoken and recognizable activist with a prior drug record. it is pathetic and shameful that this "industry" has been divided so easily by greed and fear. dont dispensaries foresee that they are on the same list as these clubs? its just a matter of time. the most appalling part of this whole mess is that these legal standings which are used to bust these people are not lasting in court. here is an update on one case.

The only thing that will ever change any of this is money. And LOTS of it.
Under-funded legalization ballots will just get laughed at, and continue to make US look bad. Lobbying and true political legalization campaigns will be required before anyone will ever be allowed to grow... truly legally grow.

i went to school of alternative medicine there are no longer taking new patients. they will be closing in a week to open a dilivery service. i also went to AMI they plan on staying open.

i heard he was the mastermind behind it and that the Coolidge Dispenssry was supplying all of the meds. They will be losing their license over it as well. Which serves them right for getting involved with a guy like Hayes.

Fuck all those guys. If the place doesn't have a Certificate to operate on the wall and sells concentrates and your mess don't have your name and patient number on them to protect you from the police, don't go!
You risk having your patient card removed from you because of scandalous profiteers pretending to be "for the patients". These illegal clubs operate on a MUCH higher profit margin than a licensed Dispensary. Don't support those pigs!
