Has anyone messed around with a permanent thermocouple to measure their Vero's?
I am going thru a couple AN's right now, but haven't come across a solid answer yet, as to what they actually recommend.....

#2 Anybody mess around with a quick connect / disconnect dongle for AC mains, or rather to make an easily removable remote driver setup? Beyond the usual Wago 222's, Ideal Push connectors, etc....something more like RapidLed's Onyx setup.....

Well i also got 8 drivers(about a pound each) along with 4 400x120 heatsinks and a 1200mmx76mm heatsink plus 8 wagos and shipping was $80. However, for some reason the 1200mm hs was to big to ship to me so i have a 600mmx140mm coming. (Hopefully)Hey Don, what was shipping like? comparable to HSUSA? Thanks!

Find anything on those quick connectors? I wouldn't mind implementing those into my next prototype.
No man, got sidetracked because the Funduino arrived....
I had this flyer mailed to me from Digikey and they had some connectors but I recycled the flyer and cant find them online....

Got the arduino powered on and ran the blink code, waiting for sensors to show up and shield to start datalogging.....
Everything is written in javascript, which is C/++ based, as you are probably aware....coding is pretty damn easy. View attachment 3351613

Depending on what your coding, it can be easy or hard. I've had zero real world application of my coding skills, so setting up the Arduino could be challenging for me.

As far as the coding, yes, with several sensors and wireless and anything else cool you want to add, code can get complex.
However, most of it is written for you! This is where libraries and sketches come in. Pre existing written code for a specific device [led, pwm control, soil hygrometer, photoresistor].
