well to be honest all lowryders have been crossed with thr ruderallis strain which is a landrace so they should all technically be half good at coping with outdoor life i would think the more exotic varieties might suffer a bit and nycd is a 10 week + strain, but as husalife says you wont know till you try!
if youve got cash to splash check out www.picknmixseeds.co.uk they have awicked selection of lowryder crosses pick a few n see how you get on!
has anyone grew shortrider who can tell me if it is ok to grow outside at this time of year its not always sunny and there is frequent rain will this still make somthin to smoke off of it
do i need to add nutes or just water on the odd occasion if there is no rain.
I wonder if Pick N mIx will ship to USA with no problems, those short strains are making my mouth water. I could finish a grow from now to Oct easy, I want 5 auto low ryder #2's right now damn it. I just cant afford any dumb shit cause I swapped sites. So are they COOL.
yeah they are a good site and im sure they ship to usa. i got seeds said they were cracked they sent new ones i said they were cracked and then i got my money back.
What you have to do is start it inside under ligthts about a month ahead of first frost... it's not very stinky that time and it doesn't need as much light, but you could have it matured to 5 nodes under just some hanging CFL's with a small gentle fan and you could then transplant them to the outside after frost. As long as you get like Hollands hope or some heavy short landrace Indica like Afghan no1 or tundra which flowers in 6-7 once the sun transitions i think you could probably make it in Scotland.
