Thanks JD, I'm really hoping for those 8 balls to fill out nicely, all the pictures I can find of this strain have fat buds.Great work ADT!
Those 8balls are really going to yield.
Is it me, or are those ladies too hungry for week #5?
Time for an EWC dressing?
Keep up the good work.
JD
Yeah they seem pretty hungry, like I said above still trying to get my feed schedule down. I'll make sure to take note of them being N hungry around this time of flowering.I was gonna say the same. Most strains are cal mag and nitrogen hungry around this time frame of flowering. I can tell that these are gonna have some nice colors.
Thanks man haha.Looking great, That's why they call me allday! lol.
\I did the something this go around as far nutes. I stopped them probably a week and a half early. My goal was to get the nice yellowing right at the flush. But it looks like they will be a week prior to flush.
Live and learn. I do expect to see to much adverse affects on the final product. Personally I would rather have to little then to much. Then again I am also in Aero and using chemical nutes.
My thought (in chem nutes) flush is needed. I get a nice white ash that burns all the way down. Thanks man haha.
Yeah I never really heard of anyone trying to get yellow leaves prior to harvest but I know a lot of people that stop feeding two weeks and flush. With organics it seems like the flush doesn't make too much of a difference. Personally I cannot tell a difference in taste, smell, way it smokes.
You are defiantly right about having too little then too much. My first couple plants were so over the place it was a hassle. Starting to get a feel for things, but now I'm just not doing enough. Really loving the organics vs bottled nutes though.
Well it makes since on your end with bottled nutes, and it seems like an important thing to test if you want some clean smoke. My thought (in chem nutes) flush is needed. I get a nice white ash that burns all the way down.
The theory for me on the yellowing is that our plants are an annual flower. They bud, get preggo, drop seeds and die. I want the plant to use all of it's reserves everything. Before finally getting chopped and coming down. I have seen hundreds of arguments, blah, blah, whatever. This is a personal thing that I am trying.
My ideal bowl = Lit once, continues to burn evenly and smoothly... Continues to burn into a light white ash.
I have smoked so many bowls that come no where near this. Black char, harsh burn, especially from clubs.
With organics it is a whole nother conversation and many more arguments, lol. Don't flush, Do flush, No Ph, Always Ph, etc. Just my little experiment chasing the perfect bowl.
Rather or not it will increase the amount of THC is another story. I am not a scientist nor do I posses the equipment needed to know if there is any difference. Like I said my main concern is the smoke. Also I don't think there would be a big enough difference to say one way was better than the other.
Hey man, it's been pretty good around here. In Oklahoma right now headed to Texas. Pretty smooth car ride when you have a vape lol. How have you been besides sick? HahaJust stopping bye,Hows life been? Plants are looking good bro,A little FE would help ya IMO with the yellowing.
Looks like a case of slight bleaching,I dunno just from my vantage point.
Keep up the good work my friend.
