Almost 3 weeks old with cfls

Heres my plant, its just about 3 weeks old. Using 3-23w 6500k and 1-23w 2700k right now. Hows it lookin? This is my first grow. I have it on 24/0, ive recently heard that 18/6 makes it grow faster. Is that true? If so is it too late to switch to 18/6?

I'm growing with one CLF at the MO, you can check how mines going if you want a comparison. i started on 24 hour light and i decided to change to 18/6 cause i tried it for a night and thought i noticed extra growth. Your growth looks good to me, but the leaves shouldn't be that yellow, this is probably cuase you are watering too much and/or the soil is not draining well enough and providing enough air circulation.
