wat up man. yea i'm on the ky side. i've never fished the lake that much myself, i've mostly been to the river and a few different ponds. i once went to a pond where a guy could hold a red worm just over the water, and a humongous large mouth bass would come up and take it from him like a fuckin trained dolphin or something!truly one of those things that has to seen to be appreciated i suppose...but still.at that same pond the dude would bring out a 40lb bag of dog food and pour it out along the edge of the bank and the catfish would come up in a frenzy...some flipping completely up on the bank then back in. another amazing site.
yea so anyway...thot i'd share a couple of my fish stories..one other one i have that u might appreciate fupagunt, is that once.....a bunch of us were down at the dam...jumping off the lake side. some of the dumbest shit i've ever done in my life! it took so long to hit the water that i was afraid of running out of breath coming back up...but that might've been because i went down about twenty feet idk! lol let me tell ya, its a total different experience than jumping off the swinging bridge! hell, after that the swinging bridge felt like a lowdive at a swimming pool. lol but honestly, the scariest part wasn't me jumping...it was a couple of the older dudes (i was apporx 15 at the time, they were twenty somethings) started climbing the light poles and diving off of them!!! i thot one of em was going to kill himself for sure. but nope. hell one of em probly climbed that fuckin pole 4 different times! drunk off his ass. hmmm....that dude died of an overdose not too long ago...hadn't thot about this shit in years. i swear every word is true. and i know some won't believe this but oh well. just thot i'd share a little and 'holler back' at my neighbor fupagunt.

man its been a few years since iv been fishing i used to go almost everyday to the beach casitas castaic cachuma piru sherwood westlake bigbear isabella kernriver alot of the ones in mammoth all over the place useally on shore getting baked iv got a malibu two ocean kayak tons of fun best catch so far is 14lb largemouth bass outa casitas from shore hiking towards the dam useing purple sinko i think and 8lb trline shimano reel and uglystick i love how angry bass are caught them by the eyeball a few times

well spent the last few hours turning everything upside down i have the pix but cant find the kodak picture cd and no scanner atm so heres pix of the pix lol this is outa lake castias in ojai ca 10+ pounders are not uncommon here shes so fat its hard to tell ill try to scan them later for better refrence

i cant wait till the end of march . i got a awesome spot for pike not to many pepole now about it either last year i caught my biggest ever 42 inches . lets see if i can get a picture up.

Never did any bowfishing but there's a post on the first pages of the thread from a guy who noodles for catfish. That's got to be an adrenalin rush. Imagine sticking your hand into a hole in murky waters. What happens if there's a croc in there? Or a snapping turtle?

ya thats got to be a wikid adrenialin rush . ya i agree i dont know if i could stick my hand down in a hole in something i cant see turttles are no joke i do some turtle traping in the summer they make a tasty soup . but i guess i would rather a turttle then a croc lol.
