I got a friend in his mid-20's still living at home, his parents let him grow, but not order seeds. For us, growing is legal but I don't think ordering seeds is. He got some clones at a dispensary in denver last year, they sucked. (kushage from medicine man). since then he's been growing out bagseed we collected over the years, but that stash is dwindling! We've agreed that next time I order, he's giving me cash for his beans and piggybacking on my order.

dispensary seeds (I might try this out myself sometime)
craigslist clones
piggyback on a trusted friend's seedbank order
as others stated, use a prepaid visa card (available at wally world) and either use a friend's address (with their permission) or meet your mail carrier at the mailbox every day for a month.

By the way, your profile says you're 18. Is it legal for you to grow where you're at? If not, I'd wait til you're 21, plus 2017 is probably when the pre-98 OG sour chemscout crack cookies BX seeds are gonna be released, so really you'd be doing yourself a favor

Then you can try breeding some you'll never need to worry about seeds again that is if you can at least grow tomatoes. Other than that bag seed is about the only way I doubt many here are local if your 21 you can buy some in Colorado other than that mail is the only option. They'll just think your being a sweet boy getting them the mail.
