Here's the deal. I've been looking to grow some stanky danky for a while now, but I've never had a place to grow (no, I can't grow at my house, trust me). My dealer grows bud at his house, and I asked him if he would be open to the following business proposition.
I would buy 5 - 10 feminized seeds for him to grow at his place. (probably a big bud strain so its a good yield)
I would be able to smoke whatever I yield with the plants...he would sell the rest and he would give me the money. The only thing is he would charge me 100 a month for having plants at his house. I realize plants do charge up the electricity bill, and I believe that he uses a 240 for vegging and a 600HPS for flowering. He says that he's done the math and it takes about $250 to grow a plant the RIGHT way. good deal or no?

You would get screwed no matter what, he can just Lie about how much it harvested. He can tell you the plants died. He can tell you he got busted & to pound sand.

I laugh @ people, when they ask how it'd be possible for ME TO GROW THEIR PLANTS. Its a Joke. (not speaking about caregivers)

My advice. Don't do it, until you can grow @ home or outback legit. Will not endup in your favor.

Yah fuck that. If for some reason you feel you have to do it, dont give him any money for the 100 a month until you get the crop. But just sounds like bad juju to me

You have gotten some good advice so far. I wouldn't grow until you can do it. Not to sound like a tool but the bud seems to taste better when you raised the plant it really is a bond.

Just what does that mean? Sounds like a shitty deal for the grower(your current dealer) . he gets paid 100 dollars a month for his labor and risk?
Not to mention his electric and wear on equipment, if he goes for this I'm in. this is kinda odd too "he would sell the rest and he would give me the money"

Had a friend in the same situation, he got ripped off.
Not worth it imo. Sounds a bit too good to be true.

Can you trust a shady drug dealer? about 2 days before harvest they will all of a sudden die for no reason or someone will break in and steal just your plants.

Sorry to say this and please do not thing i am trying to start anything,BUT that is the dumbest thing in the world to tell your dealer you want to grow. 1 you could have better pot 2. he will not get any more money from you3. you could step on his toes and take his coustmers from him. so A he feels ya as a threat and robs your ass or flips ya in for brownie points

I didn't see the part where the grower actually agreed to the deal. I mean really, the grower probably laughed his ass off at the thought of such an idea after OP left ......lingerer!!!
Really, lets be serious does the grower wanna agree and fully know he's gonna fuck the OP out of what??? 70 bux for seeds and 100 bux a month....no, the grower got a good laugh or went along with the guy (knowing full well he was having nothing to do with it). Truely, is the grower gonna fuck up a possible long term business arrangment with OP giving him X amount of dollars a week/month(ongoing business) by fucking him for under 4 bills?

And after three months. 300 bucks. If you even get a few ounces, let alone would the plants produce that many?

I think you were chattin it up with yer homie and he was talkin BS. He aint gonna rent shit to u for a 100 a month. He'd take your money just like he would be if you was buying dank by the 8th.

It's the only possible way I'd be able to grow right now, he lives right down the street from me and he's pretty trustworthy. Been buying from him for a couple years now, his buds are very well grown and he knows what he's doing. Originally I offered to split the yield 50/50 with him. BUT, he's not too secure with his bud. It's been rumored his house has been broken into a few times. I'm just gonna wait until I find a better deal. I'm just eager to start growing, is all.
