My plants are at 2 weeks now ive got a 400watt halide about 20 inches above the plants 6 total im a 24/0 lighting. For ventilation ive got a 80cfm fan pulling air from outside and a 220cfm fan exhausting the closet. Im just wondering why my plants are so small they are about 2 inches tall and its been 2 weeeks any help would be great thanks.

Plants release toxins during the dark phase and convert sugars stored up during the day. The plants are still in a sense very awake at night distributing chemicals and hormones around the its self. I've definitely gotten better results with clones on 24 hours for the first three days and then 18/6 until flowering. Too long on 24/0 and I find the plants become weaker and more susceptible to nute burn/deficiencies. You could possibly get the light a bit closer to them too if you had enough air flow to keep them cool. It also looks a bit pale and the water leaves have yellowed indicating a need for nutrients. Have you hit it with nitrogen yet?

Too early to start feeding IMO the color on your leaves is your camera angle so if not really yellow don't worry

18/6 will def make em grow more

and your watering to often at this stage should be more like once a week

I would not move the light closer

in order to learn to read your plants let em go without water till you see the leaves start to droop (if stems droop you have waited to long) then check the wieght of your pot, this will give you a better idea of when the pot is dry and when to water
