People say this all the time and it just doesn't make any sense to me. A plant vigorously growing back what you remove, or growing more leaves in other areas to compensate, doesn't mean it is happy it just means it is putting energy into replacing what you removed.it did slow her growth at first trim but seems like she loves it now. it's her 11th node now

Think of the leaves as solar panels. When you remove them you are removing the overall amount of available energy to the plant. Leaves provide energy to the entire plant, and bud sites have so little photosynthesis going on in them, that removing fan leaves that shade them does more harm than good.idk i just want to focus it's nergy on the sidebranches that's why i cut the btm leaf, maybe i done it wrong xD
