am i dong everything right to grow a plant? tell me please

I germinated seeds from my stash. Planted them after they germinated. In miacle grow feeds up to 3months. In plastic cups. In a tank. So the tank will catch water drainage. Light is a cfl florecent swurvey bulb. Hung 3-6 in above plant. Plant sprouted 2 days ago. 4 leaves. I water when its dry. Humidity kept from 70-76. And temp. 73-78 in closet. Light cycle is 19 hours on 5 hours off. Am I doing everything right? Any tips
