Am I Fucked???

ok i think im fucked, i have my babies getting bigger but they are not staying up in the healthy. a lot of leaves are getting the claw. and they used to grow 9 leaves and now they are only growing 7. i also think they are both males. they have been flowering under CPF for 28 days and no pistils at all. could it take longer than that to show pistils??? i really cant even tell if they have little balls either, they are so small. i know my lighting isnt great and my pots are a little small. so is there anything i can do to get them back on track?? I need serious help.

man those stems are thin as fuck dude. Follow the advice n get yourself some 3-4 gallon pots. Theyll stretch their legs. Also, get a fan blowin on those suckers. Simulate a decent wind blowin at them for a week or two, and theyll bulk up a little bit to protect themselves from bein snapped in half by the breeze...

They need 12hrs in total darkness, looks like you kind of have them out in the open so light might be getting to them keeping them in veg.
