am i on track, 15 days old (PIC)

This is my first grow. its 15 days old from the seed. am i on track or is it growing too slow? let me know

actually the lights i got are floros t12s sunlights. they said my plants will be a little stretchy if i use them so i actually have the bulbs touching the plants.. and i dont know its and indica/sativa mix. it came with my order with white widow for free. i have 2 widows i started 3 days after this one. but everything is going very good. no signs of tremendous stretching and very green. healthy as can be. is it ok to start a 1/4 on nutes?

dont let the lights touch the plants man.get them 1" from the tops.dont use nutes until the end of week 3.then use half strenght Imo and add nutes on every third watering(once a week. cover this bottle pots with something and be sure there is no light leaking, coz the roots don't like the light.
