Am I over my limit? Laws are in Lizard tounge?

So I have my recommendation and I am a member of the local Co-op here in the central valley. I do not have my Dept. of health card just yet because I cant afford the $70.

I have had some trouble understanding the laws. I read it, but it makes no sense, I guess I'm illiterate. Also I understand that it's up to your county to decide your limit, correct?

I live in San Joaquin county. I currently have 12 plants in bloom and 6 plants in Veg. I also have 7 clones inside under CFL's. Do 'They' consider clones full grown plants?

I'm just tripping out because a few different helicopters have been flying around my house, like real close. Today one that was green and white striped serious circled around my backyard.

Shit I'm paranoid now and I don't want to kill my plants. I want the clones because they are Blue bull (35 day flowering period) a fellow patient is supposed to come buy them but they haven't came yet.

Does anyone know the laws in San Joaquin county? And does it help if I have a copy of a fellow patients' recommendation as well? Mine and his are posted on the containers.

Its always safer to follow the tougher guidelines. You shouldnt grow more then six mature or twelve immature plants. That said as long as nobody knows about your grow the cops will have no reason to harass you. Growing outside in a neighborhood is a really bad idea unless you cant see the plants from any angle and they are low odor. Your buddies rec should cover you in they event of a police encounter but I would get one more person so that you dont have any excess plants. Good luck buddy.

Thanks for the reply. So if I have 6 plants blooming, I can not have any plants vegging? That makes things tough. Maybe I should chop some. I'm only in week 6 of flower. I got at least 4 more weeks to go.

Lets say I only bloom 3 at a time, How many can I have in Veg while constantly having 3 in bloom?

I think I need to move to Santa Cruz. They let you have acres.

here in So Cal. not speaking for caregivers, just the reg mmj card holder.. you can Legally have 6 mature plants (flowering) OR 12 immature plants (under 1 foot in veg i think, not sure) thats what I understand about it

Screw that dont chop them.. just wait and once its done, stick to the 6 limit if you want..But IMHO, grow 12, and if cops show up.. Stick 6 in black trash bags and throw thoes bitches away.. then your legal again. REMEMBER A PLANT IS CONSIDERED ALIVE AND MUST HAVE A ROOTMASS, once you cut it.. its dead and not considered one of the 6.

Talk to your local authorities. Give the police chief a phone call or go down town. You might think that sounds like a bad idea, but no personal info has to be exchanged. They actually prefer you to come talk to them, it just shows respect for the law. In the end if something does go down, the police chief is the one who calls the shots and will knock on your door, not the people on here, so go talk to him. There is nothing better than having the peace of mind that comes with a very brief private convo with the chief of police.

Don't chop your plants. Next time follow the state law. Whatever you did don't talk to the police. Whatever you do don't talk to the police. Whatever you do don't talk to the police. Whatever you do don't talk to the police. Asong as you don't talk about your grow to people you will be good.

thay are looking for a missing person, a hit and run or person who ran from the cops.
Your plants are not worth the $500 per hour to run a chopper and ground crew.

Where I live folks have 400 plants per grow and think its legit.
