If you have to ask you probably are. I water about once every 3-4 days at this stage. Maybe even less wait until the pot is soooo light before watering.
Cheap soil probe or just use your finger is another method.

Not sure to what u mean photo or auto? Not a autoflower I got it from some dope I brought. And growing under a 60 wat led bulb. I'm aware it will need much stronger light in the near future also Transplanted from a solo cup about 4 days ago cause I had noticed the roots had no room to move.

Overwatering can be hard to explain sometimes from my learnings. I always try to get my plants water 3-4 day n be bone dry when watered. So gotta be careful on over potting to soon. My two cents but that’s my method.

What kind of soil is that? That plant looks pretty yellow and unhappy.

I haven't given them any nutrients besides the nutrients that was already in the soil so felt the need they wouldn't need it. Just nothing but water

Gotta test ur water, it’s what decides how your plant eats, my 2 cents, and looking a little stretchy. Under lighted or light too far
