First True leaves have dies off and now the next set of leaves are stating to darken and turn and little yellow.

Maybe, how heavy does the pot feel compared to the same size pot filled with your planting mix?

I lifted them all before and all seemed to have a bit of weight still so I'm just going to take it as a learning curve and wait I guess rather be safe then sorry. If they die I guess you get that all part of growing.

I'll post some more pictures over the next few days in the mean time I'm not watering for a hole week I know that sounds bad but I want them alive not drowning lol
Your plant looks only slightly overwatered.

They aren't flowering so the light cycle isn't that important yet. They are still really young.

Sweet. Yeah I'm aware u don't move them baby's during flowering that's a big no no. But wasn't aware u could move them as much as u want during veg. Interesting thanks for the tips guys. Love taking this type of information in. 
And awesome that's good to know it's only slightly over waterd guess I'm just so use to seeing perked up plants that's why I ask. Happy growing guys
