Am I ready to flush @Day 45 flower

I am starting to get brown colour along the edges of the leaves a very little and also the tips I really do not think I have burnt them I think it may be the p.k week I just finished? the recommended dose was 1.5ml per litre, so I used a low end of 40ml into my 36 litre feeding tub along with all the other nutes , could of this locked something out ? I have had normal ppm runoff all the time , well nearly the same as going in comes out 5/600

Very few true 8 week strains. If growing photo plants get used to the idea of 10-12 weeks of flower at a minimum.

Lol. Exactly what I use. It works better if you drill a hole and hang it off the ground.

You can also tie fishing line across their trails. Deer can't see it. They walk into it and it freaks them out. It runs them off for a while.

They key is to change it up. They get used to smells and they don't work for after a while.

Its mainly a problem for young plants. Once they get bigger and start to flower deer don't like them that much. Last year I had deer trails all around my guerilla plants and not a one touched.

You can't explain to me how not feeding at the end removes the nutrients from the plants.

You can't because they don't.

First immobile nutrients. They are just that, immobile so no removing them.

Now when you give water only and the leaves yellow do you know why? Its because the N is mobile. Its not leaving the plant. It moves from the yellow leaves to.the green bud you smoke.

It doesn't work like you claim. That would be against basic botany.

Hey everyone ive been growing for awhile now and always read up on different stuff. Is it true that nutrient it stored in the leaves and is basically sent to the bud heavily during the late flower phase when the leaves start to turn yellow and harden up a bit? Wouldnt flushing or even giving like 3/4 strength nutes allow this to happen quicker. Ive done alot of different shit and havnt noticed loss in yield or anything different unless i remove the leaves. I do believe i lost some of my yield when i removed the leaves but still cant be sure. Why would everyone believe that flushing helps clean or smooth the smoke for sooo long if its not true? Perhaps someone can give me some evidence other then the hard heads who dont wanna explain plz and thank you.

the same way people believe a diamond is worth something and believe they need to spend 3 months salary on a wedding ring. Because they told you to and YOU believed them. Take off your blinders. YOU are going off the word of some stoners and not looking at the real facts and science behind it,

LOl anyone else who doesnt have a shitty horrible answer plz and thanks. Im looking for the facts so YOU sir can believe a diamond is worth nothing while i believe it makes for a great cutting wheel from experience.

Our plant stores nutrient in leaves but mostly in roots. There are mobile and immobile nutrients....Ones that can be moved about the plant when it needs more and others that never move.

Some people a long time ago. Sitting on a log, over looking some valley in Cali (or somewhere) and were smoking a joint of some weed they just dried. Coughing and hacking and one looked to the other and said. "Damn this is good shit. it would be better if we could get it to taste better. Wonder how?"
The other hippie looks over, all stoned, and says. "You know what? it has to be those nutrients we feed them. They taste bad..member when you got some in your mouth? Now if we stop feeding them and the plant just uses what it has available...That would work don't you think?
They tried that and on the next harvest, took some they had hang dried and sat on that hill and smoked again.....Coughing and hacking. The first one said,,,"That didn't work well did it?"....."I know," says the second one, "We'll dump a shit ton of water through the pots to wash that bad nutrient away"......This time they were busy and jarred up some of the next "flushed" run.....It sat for 2 weeks and they then got around to smoking the new stuff.....Less coughing and more taste and backs were slapped and it was believed that the "flush" improved the "problem".
In reality, that weed in the jar had the time to start break down compounds in the weed. That's called "curing"......That is what made any difference. Some years later.....smart folk asked "why not cure for quality like tobacco"? After all, we do smoke it.....It was found that properly cured all bad tastes go away and the weed actually gets stronger! This process takes around 8 weeks!

Pot head growers all over said "FUCK THAT, IT TAKES TO LONG! I'll just flush because that's how they did it for decades and our for father growers can't be wrong" BZZZT WRONG!

As far as the actual way a plant works. "Flushing" removes nothing from the plant. The plant doesn't work that way. Once it's "in there" It's not coming back out the roots...think of it as a one way street.....If you promote fade....Those nutrients you believe to be reducing.....Are being sent form those leaves and roots, right to the buds! Now what are you smoking? Roots and leaves?

BTW green to the end! If you have leaves yellowing past the few stem leaves that will go late.....You're feeding too much P and not enough N.....The idea of reducing N and seriously increasing P right at the flip,,,is wrong.

Most nutrients are not really formulated for Cannabis.

There is NO such thing as "cannabis specific" nutrients. There are cannabis specific "formulations". Most of them are incorrectly charted....

You want science - search here for "The truth about flushing" Put in the members name "RM3" and read his research.....I spent about the same amount of time looking into this topic.....He wrote the perfect thread on the subject!

and AGAIN, you miss the point. believe what you want, but diamonds are a dime a dozen and can be made in a lab.:dunce:

Small containers and recycled organic here with compost teas and weak Alfalfa teas. Good little argument here but a lot of good info.

You can't flush the color out of daisy or the pectin from an apple. Makes sense

The plants normally take less near the end and it would seem that most of what people flush is their mix.

As I mentioned, I use organic mix and my mix is my mix. Veg and flower is the same and if I have no deficiencies all is well. If a deficiency is noticed I try to adjust. Seldom happens. I most often plant in 100% used mix so my soil is pretty much all in one. I change my mix a little all the time just because ADHD lives here also.

I was simply asking for an educated answer from someone whos not a complete retard. perhaps even a scientific one. I wasnt asking about coolaid or diamonds. If YOU were educated, you would know to search thru the THOUSANDS of flushing threads to find the answer, instead of asking to be spoon fed on page 4 of someone else's thread. You're such a fuckin genius.:dunce::dunce:
