I can't, smell is a concern, need to exhaust air to make sure no air is leaking outside without going through a scrubber.

Couple days ago the smell hit me so hard when I walked in the rooIt's been 4 days total now and smell is gone. . Some seem dry(on the surface) some seem moist. Stems bending, both thick and thin. Temps 17.5-18.5 and 43-47% Rh. Don't wanna dry this too fast so I turned the exhaust fan down to 5-10 % from 20%.
I would assume the biggest dry slowest, but they sure feel driest to the touch. Is this just because the smaller buds are further down the stem?
I do believe I might have dried the lowest hanging ones too fast if occasional wind blowing at them(oscilating fan) makes a big difference in drying times.

If I did dry them too fast, does this affect potency, or mainly just appeal?

potency smell taste. Once they're gone they're gone the terp evaporate quicker under a certain temp and rh so bump up that humidity to 55 60 if you dont want to lose them

What u mean? It's not like I will lose all potency from drying too fast but I do worry about the smell/flavor. Isn't 60% kinda high?

no, if theres is a minimal air flow with your duct on low its perfect just watch daily if theres mold sign but its an extreme case for real and yes it will alterate the smell and flavor if it dry too quick, do a test with some buds if you arent sure

Just need to wait and see if the rh goes up now with the exhaust fan turned down.
