Arguing defoliation is moot. Plenty of people do it, plenty dont. I've seen great buds produced from almost every style of growing.
Its more of an ego thing than hard fact IMO
I've done it and have left things natural. Subtle difference that could have been any number of variables.
My haze will yellow out very fast last week or two of flower, sapped leaves dont do anything for your plant so why not pluck them?
