Amount of lumens

Ello every 1 hope all is gud in ya hood,would you know if for 2 plants usin 4 x 23w cfl's making a total of 6280 lumens would this be enough cheeeeeeeeeeeeers guys

not at all, and lumens dont add up, lumens measure light intensity, you need much more light than that get at least 42 watters and get like 12 of them

Seedlings, yes you could just use one for each seedling. But the more leaves they have the more light they need. Cheers!

Wait a sec. You're saying that lumens don't add up, and then at the same time telling him to get a bunch of slightly larger lamps. Your advice seems self-contradictory at best. Have you actually measured lumens with a meter yourself to know that lumens don't add up, or if that just something you like to say?

Try an get a good fan. My first run with cfls I used a 125w with a shitty fan and toasted my cabinet. Don't let people fool you, cfls get extremely hot. And they stink when they run for awhile. 250w sounds good, don't forget to get blue and red specs, and get a good fan you won't regret it
