Try some blackstrap molasses unsulphured.
Been using it on my grows. But, I really can't say I have noticed any improvement. Others swear by it.

are you growing organiclly? i hard that it only helps organic grows because the synthetic chemicals kill all the microbes.

i was looking at general organics biobud or getting biothrive bloom to be all organic. or getting both. i would also have to get some organic cal/mag

That is a really broad question...I would suggest checking out some grow journals and seeing what others use, then form your own opinion. Maybe you could do some searches for other folks who are using the general organics line with biothrive and tiger bloom...

I always research the entire product line from a company....then see what other companies recommend. You will start to see commonalities between companies, which probably means those are the nutrients plants most likely need.

I would say that until you become a super pro, using a solid base nutrient with 1 bloom booster is a great way to go. Once you understand what each nutrient does, then you can play around with additives...but in most cases, adding stuff without knowing exactly what it does, will create nutrient imbalances, that will hurt you more than help you.

KISS - Less is more sometimes.

For veg I would add General Organics Cal Mag, and Great White Mycorrhizae. For Bloom I would use General Organics Biothrive Bloom, General Organics Cal Mag, Fox Farm Big Bloom, Sweet Raw or Bud Candy, and Sensizym or Hygrozym
