That is a really broad question...I would suggest checking out some grow journals and seeing what others use, then form your own opinion. Maybe you could do some searches for other folks who are using the general organics line with biothrive and tiger bloom...
I always research the entire product line from a company....then see what other companies recommend. You will start to see commonalities between companies, which probably means those are the nutrients plants most likely need.
I would say that until you become a super pro, using a solid base nutrient with 1 bloom booster is a great way to go. Once you understand what each nutrient does, then you can play around with additives...but in most cases, adding stuff without knowing exactly what it does, will create nutrient imbalances, that will hurt you more than help you.
