At day 18 of flowering the buds are starting to tighten up, and the trichomes are standing on end.
I think this strain is hermie so I've trimmed the lower branches off to prevent any pollen sacs from sneaking in under the radar.
other than that I'm keeping an eye out and removing them with tweezers. I'll put some pics up of the pollen sacs in a bit.

i've been checking them over daily to see how many sacs are showing up, what i assumed was pollen turns out to be calyxes forming. aside from the ones i pinched off the rest are pushing out hairs. at least i wont be smoking seeds!

the trichomes are showing up in full force now, and the plants are starting to lean to one side from the weight of the bud.

I've leached the soil with ph'd water and have been bending some branches to open up the canopy. my camera should be back today, so by tomorrow i should have more pics up

yeaaa mannn. i think i had a light leak or sumthin... cuz 5 out of 7 of my plants went hermie... i got rid of the 1st 2... and then i said fuck it... and just pulled off the few balls i saw. and so far so good. =) im pretty sure sum pollen dropped a lil bit. sooo may end up with a few seeds.. but we'll seeee

alright we harvested and sold a quarter pound of it already, so we'll be funding the next grow with profits from this crop. Going to the hydro shop today to pick up a bale of dirt and possibly a new bulb. I'll be pricing out a few different nutrient products as I want to go organic. Today I'll be up bucketing ten clones and putting them under the 1000 watt. This will be the start of a new journal, a medical grow (thats right we're legal!)

awesome man! cant wait to check out the new grow mannn! heyy. just outta curiousity... how much do ya sell a QP for? i just like hearin diff prices form diff areas... ppl pay 400 an ounce here in new england/mass area. adn like 1200-1300 for a QP sum ppl pay 500 an ouce

Right now we're getting rid of it for $500 a qp, cheap I know but we don't have time to wait for better prices to sell.
I think once we get an established strain we won't have to sell it so cheaply.
