here it is
I know, I spent so much time splicing, tripping breakers, melted my ring! in the process, and one day I find these little plugin sockets and I'm just engulfed in relief. I just hope more people who are doing the same thing I was doing become enlightened to the phenomenon of socket plugs!Nice.. that is the best setup IMO. For CFL's. It's cheap and you don't need to fuck with it a lot. I LOVE that they have the plug-to-socket things.
spread the prongs apart a little...2 100w cfl and y adapter dont weigh much...i just bought 2-40 inch surge protectors with 10 sockets apice at lowes for $26 each...with y adapters you could run 40 cfl lights off these if you wanted to...i will be mixing my bulbs...100w daylight and 100w soft whitehow do u stop the ligth socket adapter plugs from falling out of the surge protected when u face the sockets pointing down? Wouldnt the weigth of the plug adapters, twin adapters and ligths pull em' rite out?
hmmm,i wonder if u could caulk the plug adapters to the surge protector?
good idea ?Or would it make bad connections, and make the set-up harder to modifiy later?
But over all very good idae dude
