An introduction to Michigan Medical Marijuana - How to get started

DOES YOUR CHECK FOR 100.00 have to be just "to the state of michigan" or state of michigan-MMMP. im going to mail mine today abd didnt wantto mess that up. thanks if anyone can get a reply in the next hour or two!
 
i called a local clinic and they said to go with "state of michigan -MMMP" on filling out your check if your like me and dint want to mess the dumbest thing up. it would suck to send it in wrong, but the state needs money, i think theyd accept either?

Thinking of moving to MI with my business partner who definitely qualifies as a patient, and having him list me as his provider. From there I'm going to work on getting my own patient card, but in order for us to make this work we're going to need at least a couple more patients, if not 5.
