I agree with you, having a veg room and a flower room would be great. But for a budget of 600 dollars I just don't see how this is possible, if you say "do it right". To include all the nutes, grow mediums, wood to build the room, screws, pumps and hoses, measuring materials, ph meter, ppm meter, thermostat, fan and filter. Done right and done budget is just 2 far apart.

That is easy to make. There are tons of guides on here for them. They will sell all the pieces at your local hydro shop. You could even just go to home depot or lowes to get most of the stuff.
 
"hp" aero is fine..just run the pump 24/7 though..forget the other bullshit or you'll starve your plants for water.

Edit: If you can't clone in it, you shouldn't grow in it. That's my motto for "are you providing enough water" at minimum.
 
The bubble buckets seem pretty self-explanatory seeing and hearing from everyone on here I need a place for lights ballast and carbon filter

Yea and you can use a big bucket to avoid a reservoir if need be.

I'm visual person do we have a rough picture idea of what we will be doing since this so seems to be the way I'm going and can increase the bucket size by a gallon or so on top of I'll be around them 18 hrs out of the day
