Another Question about PH and water temps

I just bought an Aeroflo36 and I cant believe how high my water temp wants to climb!
My room is 75 and yet the water is 84? The unit sits directly square under my 1000W HPS. I fought a osing battle all day long switching out frozen bottles and I couldn't keep up...not enough frozen bottles and I got 20 of those things.

My other res for my moms is open actually and has no problem with one or two bottles a day to keep temps below 70.

What gives? Radiated heat? Is the plastic absorbing UV heat?

Is the Aeroflo water hot because of the time the water sits in the chambers?

Anyone recommend a decent chiller that will chill that plus another and 2 lights?

I'm using the Aeroflo right now as a psuedo-cloner until my chambers are full and then I'm, gonna flower everyone for my first time through.

You shoudn't even worry. Warm water is actually good for the roots and the soil's microorganisms. You should worry about water temp if it goes over 113F.

It's probabily the infrared light produced by the bulb. UV doesn't produce heat, only infrared light does.

Keep water temps below 75 or problems will arise
